The Alchemy of the Autumn Equinox

Autumn is my favorite season, and it is upon us! September 22 at 7:22am PST is the autumn equinox, where light is in perfect balance and the magic of a new season begins to stir. (It also happens to be my birthday- hooray!) To celebrate this enchanting time of year, I am sharing a few photos I casually took recently on a woodland walk near my cottage in Sonoma County. I am in love with the changing colors, the crimson, amber and russet tones that are beginning to enrobe the natural world.

It is clear that the beautiful alchemy of autumn is well underway. Enjoy this magical time. The moon is in its waning phase, so think of all the things you are ready to release that no longer serve you. Write it all down, burn it to ash, give it all to the winds to whisk away like dried, fallen leaves. It’s a time to refresh, to embrace positive change, to invite beauty and magic, and to embrace this season as a personal harvest of all things wonderful.

Autumn blessings to YOU in love and enchantment!

NEW Network for Sonoma County Healers

Ascension Circle in Sonoma County, CA

Ascension Circle in Sonoma County, CA

I have been teaching certified Usui Reiki classes in Sonoma County, CA, for many moons now. With all things in life and in livelihood, it is time to expand and grow. With this being said, I have an exciting announcement about a new group I am co-creating for all healers and lightworkers.

I have recently aligned energies with a soulful, like-minded practitioner, Barb McEntee, to create and co-lead a new spiritual group called the Healer’s Ascension Network.

Barb and I originally met through the Songbird Healing Center in Cotati, where I am currently a supporting member and Shamanic Reiki practitioner. We are both energy-workers and spiritual coaches who have much in common. We both work with theta and angel energy, we are each highly intuitive and we each work from a place of unconditional compassion, abundance, non-ego, non-judgment and authenticity. We have a deep interest to support other healers in doing the same in business and in life.

Lately, I have been getting spiritual nudges to write a book on how to start a private practice. I wanted to share my own secrets and strategies for launching and sustaining a successful healing business. I often see healers struggle with poverty-consciousness, a sense of competition and lack of work. My desire is to share a step-by-step process on how to get started from social networking, finding a location to work from, advertising, to setting positive intension and so forth.

When Barb approached me about partnering up to create, teach and lead a group class, supporting other lightworkers in their growing practices, it completely resonated and felt perfectly aligned with my own work!

This is what Barb writes about our initial connection:

“Shana appeared in my life exactly when I needed her. I have been working as a Reiki Master/Teacher for several years by the time we had met, and was taken in by the beautiful energy Shana channels with Reiki. I was in a place in my life where I was looking for a person with whom I might be able to partner up with to develop a group for other healers of all traditions to help increase cohesion within the healing community. I knew right away that Shana and I were meant to be connected in Reiki and that she was to be a part of this journey.”

What has evolved from Barb and I joining energies is our new group called the Healer’s Ascension Network.

This evolved network is for all healers, lightworkers and anyone interested in creating a thriving spiritual business or personal practice. Our Ascension Circles include an opening meditation/spiritual ritual, an educational discussion on various topics aligned with conscious business and spiritual development, and a shared group healing to heal the healer. This is a sacred space designed to compassionately guide you past blocks you may be having in your practice while awakening you to a new paradigm of intension, process, and success. You are warmly invited to join this supportive circle, share your craft, and co-create an expanding network of ascended healers.

The mission of this group is to form a network of healers to spiritually nurture, support and inspire one another, to celebrate in each other’s victories, and to step into our individual gifts, power and unlimited successes. During our discussions, we will cover topics such as:

• Letting go of the illusion of competition between practitioners
• Releasing poverty-consciousness and trusting that the universe has abundance for all
• Keeping the ego mindfully in balance
• Stepping out into the world as your authentic Self
• How to start and elevate your practice
• The power of energy, continuous positive thinking and setting high-vibe intention
• Self-care and setting healthy boundaries
• And so much more!

The Healer’s Ascension Network meets in Sebastopol, CA, starting November 3, 2015. Mark your calendars and get ready for some magical nights of sacred ritual, shared healing modalities, engaging fire-side discussion and lots of fun!

______________________

Our first of many gatherings, which we are calling Ascension Circles, will focus on Manifesting and Setting Intensions. There will, of course, also be time for networking, sharing and participating in spiritual, meditative ritual. Our Circles are held in Sebastopol, CA, in a beautiful space filled with crystals and lots of loving, high-frequency angelic energy.

It is synchronistic that our first Circle is taking place on November 3rd right after Samhain, the Celtic New Year. Because of this, it’s a perfect time to set our positive intensions and our energy on what we wish to create in the new season and year ahead.

Some topics that will be discussed during this first Ascension Circle are:

• How to recognize and remove blocks that are standing in your way from success
• How to mindfully harness a continuous flow of positive thinking
• How to embrace Abundance-Consciousness
• How to release the competitive, all-for-one and one-for-all mindset
• How to use visualization, mantra and energy to create what you wish for

Abundant angelic blessings to you!

Manifesting Series: Want vs. Gratitude

Many times my intuitive readings turn into coaching sessions. And more times than not, the discussion often leads to the topic of manifesting, ending with my client walking away with new ideas and tools to create their heart’s desire. My sweet dear sister calls me the Manifesting Coach and claims this is my ‘special talent.’ Well, I have to admit, I have often been able to create the things I want, and over the years with my spiritual work, I have got this down to a science.

With all this being said, I am starting a string of blog posts called the Manifesting Series. In this first entry, I’ll be discussing the difference between want and gratitude and how these too feelings affect our ability to manifest what we wish to have in our lives.

Let’s think about want for a minute. When we desperately want something, there is a tightness in the body. We are not completely relaxed nor are we in our natural balanced state of being. The breath is more shallow, for we subconsciously wait to fully exhale until we have received the very thing we want. Our minds may be occupied by our desire, furthering this unrest and perhaps creating a level of angst. This feeling and the energy that is created in our bodies, reverberates into the universe. What is created is more unrest and an imbalance, especially if the level of our desire is high and unmet over a duration of months or even years.

Now let’s consider gratitude. Have you ever thought about feeling gratitude for something you want but do not yet have? You do this by expressing gratitude as if you ALREADY have it. I will repeat this, because it is a very important component of manifesting. Feel gratitude NOW for the very thing you wish for as if it is already here in your life.

This is similar to the Native American saying: “Give thanks for unknown blessings already on their way.”

thanks

Let’s put this into practice. Take 5 minutes to relax right now. Close your eyes and breathe deeply three times to quiet your mind and ground your body. Now say either out loud or in your mind, “I am grateful for _____.” Fill in the blank with whatever it is you have been wanting. Say or think, “I am filled with gratitude for having ______ in my life.” Sit with this feeling for a few moments and feel what it is like to have what you want.

As you begin to give thanks for already having the very thing you wish for, your body starts to relax and lighten. Your heart will open, you may feel a deep peace and finally exhale. When you feel true pure gratitude for receiving, you begin to emanate with the energy of having exactly what you want. At this point, you no longer create a sense of want, rather you are creating the vibration of having. The former creates lack and the sense that you do not yet have, while the latter creates abundance and a feeling of I have it now!

This aligns your physical, mental and spiritual frequencies to the thing you want. It sends out a very different vibration than simply wanting. You are now vibrating as if you have what you want, which in turn helps to manifest what you want. The universe will bring you what you energetically send out.

This is a beautiful example of the quantum theory that like attracts like. We cannot attract harmony if we are not harmonious. We cannot create an abundant, positive life if we are not abundant in positive thought. You may now see the importance of vibrating with what you want, staying positive, never doubting, and believing in your imagination.

Imagination is everything, for it is the precursor to what you create. It takes imagination to truly feel that you have something in your life that has yet to come.

Remember, your thoughts and feelings create energy. The question is what kind of energy are you sending out into the world and what will this energy bring back to your doorstep?

Happy manifesting, Dear Ones. Have fun tuning into your imagination and meditating on your gratitude for all the blessings in your life and for all the blessings on their way to you!

In love, gratitude and abundance,

Shana XO

Angel Channeling

rainbow_angel

In late 2013, I began channeling an angel for the first time. I have always been a natural medium, but channeling spiritual Beings outside myself was something I had not worked specifically to develop. As a Reiki Master Teacher and healer, I open myself and become a channel for healing energy. In Reiki, this energy is called Universal Life Force Energy. I become highly sensitive and intuitive while in a Reiki session, flowing Reiki through me to my client while receiving messages and visions as I work. Over the years, this ability has strengthened and evolved with every Reiki session I give.

A few years ago, I experienced a great change. I moved from Seattle, WA, to the high desert of Northern Arizona. You can read more about this HERE. There aren’t two places more diametrically opposed in landscape and climate than the lush, drizzly Pacific Northwest and the dry, sun-soaked desert. It was this move that created a spiritual shift within me, sparking an interested in channeling.

It was late spring of 2012 in Prescott, AZ. The sky was an endless sheet of crystal blue forevermore. The sun felt like an unctuous nectar that poured over me, filling every nook and cranny of my soul. The land released the intoxicating scent of sunbaked sage, dry earth and ponderosa pine needles. Inspired by all this, the energies of the Native American spirit that saturated the vast landscape, and the warm, healing rays of Father Sun, I found myself called to channel or to at least learn more about channeling. It was as if this new, bright world awakened deeper parts of my essence, beckoning me to explore and expand the depths of my spiritual abilities. After all, I had chosen to move to Arizona based solely on a spiritual calling. The intention had been set.

Fast forward to the winter of 2013. I had been working at the Mountain Spirit Co-Op in Prescott, providing in-person Reiki sessions and spiritual readings. My practice was growing, and I was expanding as a healer. One day, I stumbled upon an old book titled Opening to Channel. I know I just happened to find this book, but it felt more like this book found me. I took it home, read every word and immediately began to channel. It was as if something within me was unlocked. An initiation had taken place, staged by my Reiki practice and supported by divine forces far greater than myself. When I first closed my eyes to see if I could channel a high-level guide, what came through shocked and delighted me to my core. What came through was an angel, a female angel.

Ascension-4302

This angel embodies the most beautiful energy I have ever felt. She is pure divine, Godlike energy who emanates purple and gold tones and rainbow light. She is pure unconditional compassion. There aren’t words to define this angel or the way her essence feels. She is beyond description, beyond concept, religion or imagination. I can only say she is PURE celestial LOVE. She is one of my guides and has been for a long time. She has much to tell me and show me.

I channel her verbally and also through automatic writing, which has become one of my favorite ways to connect with her. The reason for this is that I am not consciously connected to the information that comes through. If I do not write it all down as it comes (or record it verbally), it is soon forgotten. Often when I am done with a channeling session, I will look back over my writing and am surprised by what I wrote.

She has been very instrumental not only in my life but in my Reiki healings. I work closely with her during sessions. She offers guidance, helps me to better call in my client’s own guides so deeper healing and shifts can take place, and she downloads sacred geometric symbols through me during my Reiki work. This is one of the reasons why the Reiki healing I do now is far more than just Reiki. I am working with high-level energy and geometric energy patterns, colors and crystal frequencies that provide more expansive and spiritually holistic results.

I will share more about this angel in future blog posts. She has a name. She is connected to some very specific activities. I feel energetically intertwined with her on many levels, and she has touched my life in amazing and unexpected ways.

Angel+girl

For the first month after I began channeling her, I experienced an angelic attuning. It was as if she was inside me, restructuring my physical and spiritual mind so I may better open myself to her. I would awake in the middle of the night with pangs of flashing golden lights pop and zip through my brain. This lightshow was often accompanied by whizzings and pings of loud sounds. It felt like my brain was literally being re-wired to handle the higher frequency of the angel realm.

Another “symptom” of my angelic attunement was that I would awake hearing choir music in my ears and in my brain. It sounded like a tremendous choir of a hundred angels singing. I was very moved by this and by the magnitude and beauty of these collective, harmonious, angelic voices.

I knew when I started channeling the angel that my life would forever change. There were too many things occurring around and within me as a result of my direct communication with her. The same thing happened to me the first time I received a Reiki attunement. Everything in my life shifted right into place. Reiki is powerful this way. Things that were no longer serving my higher good were pushed right out and paths that were more aligned with my greater purpose became clear and available. I had an underline feeling this would happen again with the angel’s direct presence in my life. At the time, I didn’t know exactly what that would look like or how it would unfold. But, unfold it did. Much has indeed changed since then. In fact. everything has shifted. I am still shifting.

I will be sharing more of my journey, my life changes and my quantum leaps forward with my healing work in future posts. Until then, I will leave you with a music video that reminds me of the divine singing I would awake to during my time of being “re-wired” and attuned to the angelic realm. Now, every time I hear choir music like this, every cell in my body begins to vibrate to the frequency of the angels and my heart opens…

With great love and angelic blessings,

Shana

Pranava – Deep Chant & Yantra Meditation

Sri Yantra Mandala by Phaedris digital art

Sri Yantra Mandala by Phaedris digital art

Today is Monday, the beginning of a new week. Tomorrow, we welcome in the new month of July, the zenith of summer. We are also in the midst of new moon energy as we bask under the thinly slivered moon that will grow bright and full with each passing day. I like to think of the new moon as a celestial pregnancy, like a developing belly, filling with the light of our wishes and dreams until it becomes full and brimming with new possibility. All this to say, it is a wonderful time to start anew, refresh, recalibrate, refocus and create our heart’s desires!

One of my favorite ways of beginning anything new is with a centering meditation, especially since we are in the midst of Monday’s bustling energy. It is important to lay the foundation of our inspiring efforts from a place of natural order and balance, with a crystal clear sense of our innate spiritual Selves. It can be challenging to take time out to create what we want in life, to think about positive out-of-the-box ideas, to refresh and stir up creative juices if we are knocked off kilter in busyness or worry, muddled in too much work, if we are not in a mentally, physically or spiritually balanced state.

BALANCE is one of my favorite words. Everything in BALANCE, my dears, everything in perfect BALANCE.

Like the old Zen adage goes: “You should sit in meditation for 20 minutes a day, unless you’re too busy; then you should sit for an hour.”

The following YouTube yantra meditation is one I enjoy doing often. The vibration of the musical tones and chants coupled with the cosmic, kaleidoscope-like images is enough to place anyone in a meditative state. Yantra (यन्त्र) is the Sanskrit word for instrument as in geometric symbols, patterns and processes.

This is a good 20 minute meditation. I recommended taking a time out from whatever it is you are doing and listen, allowing your body to sink into the sounds, to relax, quiet, calm and harmonize with the frequency of this deep meditation. If this video resonates with your soul as it does mine, watch it often. Listen to it daily if you wish; start your day with it, set intentions with it, re-attune yourself with it.

Turn up the volume and return to your center, to who you really are, to your higher Self and consciousness. Start now.

Ommmmmmm

Wesak (pronounced WE-sock) is an observed holy holiday in Southeast Asia and one of the most important festivals in the Buddhist calendar. This year in the United States, Wesak is this Wednesday on May 14th. This is a celebration of the Buddha’s birth, enlightenment and death. It is honored around the world by Buddhists during the full moon of May. It’s an honoring that begins two days before the full moon and ends two days after the full moon. An article (I highly recommend you read) by Alice A. Bailey explains Wesak in much more detail and how it astrologically and spiritually relates to us now during the 2014 May full moon in Scorpio with the sun in Taurus. You can find the article by clicking HERE. (A special thanks to my dear friend, Giacinta, who originally shared this article with me.)

Wesak (also spelled Vesak) is a five day period of practicing non-self importance, generosity of spirit, being of service to others, widening perspective and working for the greater good of humanity. It is about globalized spiritual consciousness. It’s a time to hold ourselves, others and the entire world in divine light and unconditional love to raise the individual and collective vibration on Earth.

The following video further explains Wesak. Please know that this video was created last year, in 2013, so the dates of Wesak as posted on the video do not apply to 2014. Wesak is always honored during May’s full moon, so every year the dates of this festival changes. This year, in 2014, Wesak occurs on May 14th, which is this Wednesday!

As stated in the above video and timed at 6:22 of the video, is the following:

What can we do to play our part in the Wesak festival?

For two days prior to the Wesak full moon, the day of the full moon and for the two subsequent days, endeavor to do the following things:

  • Link up with all people of spiritual intention and good will throughout the world.
  • Using the creative imagination, eliminate out of your consciousness all negativity. See yourself clear and on the side of the forces of light.
  • Preserve a spirit of love for all individuals.
  • When meditating and invoking the forces of light, endeavor to forget entirely your own personal difficulties, tragedies and problems.
  • Endeavor at sunrise, at noon, at five o’clock and at sunset plus the exact time of the full moon in your own land to say The Great Invocation (below) with the intent to invoke, precipitate and anchor an art of manifestation the waiting potencies. Do this aloud when possible and in group formation whenever feasible.

The Great Invocation:

“From the point of light from within the light of God, let light stream forth into human minds. Let light descend on Earth. From the point of love within the heart of God, let love stream forth into human hearts. May the coming One return to Earth. From the center where the will of God is known, let purpose guide all human wills- the purpose which the masters know and serve. From the center which we call the human race, let the plan of love and light work out and may it seal the door where evil dwells. Let light and love and power restore the plan on Earth.”

*   *   *

If you are interested in honoring Wesak, you can follow the suggestions above in how to play your part. This is helpful for those who thrive with structure and a clear purpose. The Great Invocation is, indeed, a beautiful prayer for the world. For some of you, however, simply spending this week by being more conscious, meditative and altruistic, may feel like a more free-flowing way to celebrate this sacred week.

Some ideas for the week ahead (and please, do whatever resonates and feels good to you):

  • Meditate daily
  • Start a fast (or juice feast)
  • If you’re a healer, send global healing
  • If you pray, pray for others
  • Do something for the greater good of humanity, small or large
  • Be of service
  • Practice unconditional compassion for all Beings everywhere
  • Be mindful
  • Reconnect with your spirituality
  • Do anything that you feel raises your vibration
  • Or simply contact me for Free Distance Reiki 🙂

With pure radiant light and love, have a very blessed and sacred week ahead as we honor Wesak, the Buddha, all spiritual masters, the full moon, Mother Earth and each other.

Peace and Reiki Blessings, Shana

Spring into the Season of the Leprechaun 🍀

March is such a beautiful, transformative and magical month. We are in the midst of a very awakened, potent and playful time. Tonight, we are graced with a full moon that brims with new possibilities, growth and forward movement. Tomorrow is St. Patrick’s Day (one of my personal favorite days of the year, being that I am a green-eyed Irish lass.) And, on the 20th, this Thursday, we welcome in the spring equinox (the autumn equinox for my friends in the southern hemisphere), the first day of spring, and Ostara! There is so much to celebrate this week and lots of fun energy to play with, embrace and harness.

St. Patrick’s Day

I love St. Patrick’s Day, because it is one of those special days in which millions of people around the world not only recognize Leprechauns but they honor them and call to them, in search of  that pot of gold or the elusive yet lucky four leaf clover, in which the Leprechauns seem to be the guardians. In turn, the little people, the Leprechauns love this day too, because they get the recognition and attention they absolutely adore.

With this being said, much of this post will be about honoring the Leprechauns and all of the elementals (faeries, gnomes, trolls, elves, etc). I have been asked to dedicate some writing to the little people, so this is my tribute and my promise made good. 🙂

The plants in my home shimmy and giggle as I write these words, for the plant kingdom and the elementals are deeply connected. It is the elementals, the nature spirits, who energetically nurture and help grow all plant life on our majestic planet Earth. Here’s an example of the fun the plants and elementals have together:

I brought this brilliant pot of shamrocks home at the beginning of the month…

Magical Shamrocks

Magical Shamrocks

It has bloomed in white flowers that smile at me whenever I send my attention its way. This is the one plant in my home that is constantly twitching and wiggling- all by itself, without any draft or any “visible” source for this movement. It seems the fae, the elements, in my home (and I have many here) LOVE the shamrocks. And, who could blame them! They are filled with happy emerald goodness, and they represent the magic of the season we are entering.

🍀    🍀    🍀

My dad is a big faery lover. When my sister and I where little girls, he would take us hiking in the forested hills of Oakland, CA. There, we would search for faeries and trolls. He truly ignited our imaginations and our little green hearts. I still love the essence of the elementals and all the playfulness and pure joy they bring into my life. Even more so now then I did then, if you can imagine that!

Many years ago he gave me a book called, Summer with the Leprechauns, by Tanis Helliwell. I read it, enjoyed it, then forgot about it. Back then, I read the book before I actually had my own personal experiences with the elementals, so I took it as a lovely story and that was that.

More recently, I rediscovered this book at the Mountain Spirit Co-Op’s spiritual library in Prescott, where I provide Reiki Healings and Intuitive Readings. I took it home and fell in love with this true story all over again, which had far more meaning for me now that I actually experience, see, hear and feel the elementals first hand.

The book, which you can find HERE, is filled with spiritual lessons and mind expanding ideas. I highly recommend it to everyone. Even if you do not believe in the little people, it is a very fun read!

The following is a short video of the author, Tanis Helliwell, chatting a bit about her experience and insight with the elementals:

With the guidance of her Leprechaun friend, Helliwell has comprised a list of 10 things humans can do to connect with and experience the elementals. The following list was taken straight from her book, Summer with the Leprechauns:

Ten Ways for Humans to Work with Elementals, by Tanis Helliwell

  1. Believe in elements. Human belief strengthens elementals and gives them energy.
  2. Be happy and enthusiastic. Elementals are not attracted to depressed, sad humans.
  3. Go to healthy places in nature as often as possible. Walk in forests, along the seashore, lie in a meadow, and listen to birds. Align yourself with the right vibration of the Earth and listen to what it wants. Humans raise their frequency if they do these things.
  4. Appreciate the beauty in nature. When humans do this, elementals are attracted to you.
  5. Cooperate and create with nature by planting trees, growing flowers, and feeding the birds.
  6. Send energy to elementals who look after trees, flowers, water, mountains, to keep them healthy. Do this with joy and gratitude.
  7. Teach other humans to appreciate nature. Do it with love and joy and these humans will begin to understand the Earth’s needs.
  8. Do things spontaneously; free yourself from over-planning and organizing.
  9. Take time every day to do nothing. Create a space in both your house and head so magic can occur.
  10. In order to contact an elemental who wants to work with you, sit in a quiet natural place, close your eyes, and call this elemental to you. Listen to this elemental; act on its suggestions, and your long-term relationship will become stronger.

With all this, if you gobble up Helliwell’s Summer with the Leprechaun book and can’t get enough, she has written a sequel, which I also recommend. It is called Pilgrimage with the Leprechauns, A True Story of a Mystical Tour of Ireland. You can find it HERE, and it is also filled with thought-provoking spiritual lessons and wonderment.

🍀    🍀    🍀

We could not have been blessed by a full moon at a better time, for it is under the light of the moon that it is far easier to see, feel and connect with the elementals. If you want to learn to see nature spirits, practicing using your second sight is far easier in hazy environments like that of a misty forest, at home with candlelight, while taking a steamy bath, at dusk or twilight and, my favorite, during a full moon.

faery mushrrom

I discovered this little trick by accident. I was sitting in the living room at midnight one evening during a full moon. All the lights in the house were off and the curtains were open so that all the ethereal, mystical, glorious light of the full moon flooded the room. I sat there quietly, writing poetry while bathed in moonlight. Did I mention how much the elementals love it when you create? This includes any art, song, poetry, or dance- anything you do creative at all will attract them.

As I sat there writing, I saw tiny pinpoint lights of red and green flash, flicker and zip by me. I felt little shadows fly around and little white lights wiz by, trailing bits of magic in the air. To me, all this was very playful and whimsical. Needless to say, some wonderful poetry flowed from my imagination and fingertips that evening!

🍀    🍀    🍀

We are deeply blessed to be celebrating the first day of spring this Thursday. Hip hip hooray!! For those of you who have endured a long cold winter, this shift of energy, as we cross the spring equinox, is an intoxicating breath of fresh air. Let us all fill our lungs and our hearts with the promise of warmer times, greener landscapes, blooming flowers, longer languid days and merry nights. Take a moment right now and breathe in all of this splendid goodness. Take it to the core of your Being and relish in all the sensory pleasure this season has to offer.

The spring equinox is also called Ostara, a festival of old that celebrates fertility, renewal, rebirth and growth of the plant and animal kingdoms as symbolized by the egg, the rabbit, spring flowers such as tulips and daffodils as well as soft young colors like lavender, pink, baby blue, light green and yellow. Sound a little bit like Easter? Well, it should. These are the symbols of this magical time of year as embraced by many different religions.

This is also a perfect time to connect to elementals. It has been said that the veil between our dense 3rd dimensional world and that of the fae thins during this time of year, specifically during Ostara on March 20. So, if you would like to follow some of the suggestions on Helliwell’s list of ways to work with the elementals, this Thursday would be an auspicious time to try it out for yourself. It’s also a great time to simply spend some quality meditative time in nature to love and honor Mother Earth and her creatures. Of which you are one! ♥

If you try Helliwell’s list or any of the things I have mentioned above and have some Irish luck experiencing the elementals or if you have already had magical connections with them, I would love to hear about your experiences.  You are joyfully invited to share your stories in the comment section below or share with me privately HERE. I love hearing from my readers and relish in the synchronicity, magic and playfulness the elementals bring to us all.

Thank you for delighting me in this whimsical post, which I am dedicating to the Leprechauns, to all elementals, to Mother Nature herself, to the essence of spring and of new beginnings, to the moon, the sun, to St. Patrick, and to all of YOU. ♥

I wish you many blessings during this awakening time of transformation as we each grow into the fullness of our own true natures.

Happy Full Moon 🍀 Happy St. Patrick’s Day 🍀 Happy Spring Equinox 🍀 Ostara Blessings 🍀 And, cheers to a fulfilling, playful and enlightened new season!

With emerald light and love, Sláinte!
