This is an at-home retreat designed to increase your prana, which is a necessary component on the breatharian path. If you are a beginner, this retreat will give you the kickstart you need. You will meet Elitom and Shana four times a day, Live from Sedona, for various prana increasing exercises like meditation, Chigong and breathwork. Elitom will also give a talk everyday with Q&A to keep your energy and motivation high.
