This is an at-home retreat designed to increase your prana, which is a necessary component on the breatharian path. If you are a beginner, this retreat will give you the kickstart you need. If you are already on your own breatharian journey, this will deepen your practice, answer your questions, and further your development.

You will meet Elitom and Shana four times a day, Live from Sedona, for various prana increasing exercises like meditation, Chigong and breathwork. Elitom will also give a talk everyday with Q&A to keep your energy and motivation high.
