A Prayer of Surrender Can Change Your Life!

I love the power of prayer with all its mystery, comfort and miracles. I also love Catholic mysticism from which the following prayerful novena below was gifted to us.

A novena is an evolving prayer that one says daily for nine days in a row. This particular prayer that I am sharing with you today, called the Surrender Novena, is especially uplifting, stress-reducing, calming and beyond transformative. It will absolutely change your life! If you are at a crossroads, struggling with anything in your life, or are simply looking for more miracles, or a way to be in more flow with your Higher self or purpose or God’s will, this novena will provide! Expect perfect alignments, positive shifts and miracles. Truly.

Father Don Dolindo was a prophet and Catholic priest who was able to hear the words of God and had clear communications with Jesus. It is recorded that this novena was given to Fr. Don Dolindo directly from Jesus. You can read more about this Father here. He was a fellow priest to St. Padre Pio, both holding the other in high regard and both considering the other a saint. Both men experienced stigmata during their holy, selfless, humble lives. And, it was St. Padre Pio who famously and often said, “Pray, hope and don’t worry.” Thanks to Fr. Don Dolindo’s divine communication, the following novena is here to help us live St. Padre Pio’s words.

All you need to do is recite the short prayers for each day, as outlined below. The key is repeating, “O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything!” ten times or MORE a day. If you do not feel comfortable with Jesus, you can easily replace this name with the word Yeshua, Christ, God, Abba, the Divine, Universe, Source, Creator or any other Higher being or Higher love-based essence you resonate with.

I love this novena so much that I often chant the “O Jesus” portion throughout the day. I also, at times, have said the novena for nine days then immediately began again with another nine days and on and on. If the upliftment, lightness and the miracles are flowing, why stop! I am always striving to surrender my life to God’s will and to my Highest mission so that I may be of the Highest service to others and the world through my Reiki practice and in my life.

Let go of all your worries, decisions and quandaries with this beautiful nine-day prayer. Don’t think of the present nor the future, just melt into the prayer as you speak it aloud, feeling the energy of it filling you with a heavenly peace. Enjoy the blessings that will come your way…

The Surrender Novena

Day 1

Why do you confuse yourselves by worrying? Leave the care of your affairs to me and everything will be peaceful. I say to you in truth that every act of true, blind, complete surrender to me produces the effect that you desire and resolves all difficult situations.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 2

Surrender to me does not mean to fret, to be upset, or to lose hope, nor does it mean offering to me a worried prayer asking me to follow you and change your worry into prayer. It is against this surrender, deeply against it, to worry, to be nervous and to desire to think about the consequences of anything.

It is like the confusion that children feel when they ask their mother to see to their needs, and then try to take care of those needs for themselves so that their childlike efforts get in their mother’s way. Surrender means to placidly close the eyes of the soul, to turn away from thoughts of tribulation and to put yourself in my care, so that only I act, saying, “You take care of it.”

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 3

How many things I do when the soul, in so much spiritual and material need, turns to me, looks at me and says to me, “You take care of it,” then closes its eyes and rests. In pain you pray for me to act, but that I act in the way you want. You do not turn to me, instead, you want me to adapt to your ideas. You are not sick people who ask the doctor to cure you, but rather sick people who tell the doctor how to. So do not act this way, but pray as I taught you in the Our Father: “Hallowed be thy Name,” that is, be glorified in my need. “Thy kingdom come,” that is, let all that is in us and in the world be in accord with your kingdom. “Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven,” that is, in our need, decide as you see fit for our temporal and eternal life. If you say to me truly: “Thy will be done,” which is the same as saying: “You take care of it,” I will intervene with all my omnipotence, and I will resolve the most difficult situations.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 4

You see evil growing instead of weakening? Do not worry. Close your eyes and say to me with faith: “Thy will be done, You take care of it.” I say to you that I will take care of it, and that I will intervene as does a doctor and I will accomplish miracles when they are needed. Do you see that the sick person is getting worse? Do not be upset, but close your eyes and say, “You take care of it.” I say to you that I will take care of it, and that there is no medicine more powerful than my loving intervention. By my love, I promise this to you.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 5

And when I must lead you on a path different from the one you see, I will prepare you; I will carry you in my arms; I will let you find yourself, like children who have fallen asleep in their mother’s arms, on the other bank of the river. What troubles you and hurts you immensely are your reason, your thoughts and worry, and your desire at all costs to deal with what afflicts you.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 6

You are sleepless; you want to judge everything, direct everything and see to everything and you surrender to human strength, or worse—to men themselves, trusting in their intervention—this is what hinders my words and my views. Oh, how much I wish from you this surrender, to help you; and how I suffer when I see you so agitated! Satan (or illusion) tries to do exactly this: to agitate you and to remove you from my protection and to throw you into the jaws of human initiative. So, trust only in me, rest in me, surrender to me in everything.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 7

I perform miracles in proportion to your full surrender to me and to your not thinking of yourselves. I sow treasure troves of graces when you are in the deepest poverty. No person of reason, no thinker, has ever performed miracles, not even among the saints. He does divine works whosoever surrenders to God. So don’t think about it any more, because your mind is acute and for you it is very hard to see evil and to trust in me and to not think of yourself. Do this for all your needs, do this, all of you, and you will see great continual silent miracles. I will take care of things, I promise this to you.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 8

Close your eyes and let yourself be carried away on the flowing current of my grace; close your eyes and do not think of the present, turning your thoughts away from the future just as you would from temptation. Repose in me, believing in my goodness, and I promise you by my love that if you say, “You take care of it,” I will take care of it all; I will console you, liberate you and guide you.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Day 9

Pray always in readiness to surrender, and you will receive from it great peace and great rewards, even when I confer on you the grace of immolation, of repentance, and of love. Then what does suffering matter? It seems impossible to you? Close your eyes and say with all your soul, “Jesus, you take care of it.” Do not be afraid, I will take care of things and you will bless my name by humbling yourself. A thousand prayers cannot equal one single act of surrender, remember this well. There is no novena more effective than this.

O Jesus, I surrender myself to you, take care of everything! (10 times)

Mother (Mary or Divine Mother), I am yours now and forever.
Through you and with you
I always want to belong
completely to Jesus.

Happy New Year, Light Ones! ❤☀️❤

I have a gift to share with you to start the New Year light and bright. My spirit brother, Jesse Tree, interviewed me a few days ago for his podcast. The topic was breatharianism, which is really an umbrella term describing a high frequency lifestyle. In this interview, we talk about everything from the raw food diet to fasting, how to experience oneness while in nature, the power of energy practices like Reiki, the higher path of meditation and the possibility of transforming the physical body into what the Buddhists call the Rainbow Body.

My Reiki practice, daily meditation, merging with nature, and eating light are the powerful and steadfast cornerstones of my own ascension path, of my own spiritual development and expansion. As our lifestyles become more vibrationally refined, our own light bodies grow. As we become lighter in mind, emotion, body and energy, we positively influence, heal and uplevel the energy of everything around us. We have the possibility to not only tap into our individual rainbow body, but that of the collective and further to the rainbow body of our beautiful Earth Mother. How to Increase Your Light

We are just scratching the surface of our human potential. Make no mistake, we are more than homo-sapiens; we are homo-luminous! The time is briming for us to attune to the higher frequencies that are available. How can you increase your Light? Here are a few simple ways:

🌿 Eat lighter and fast regularly (Contact me if you need guidance)
🌀 Move your energy (exercise daily)
🌞 Be happy (optimistic)
🙏 Meditate and drop into full presence (every chance you get)

YOU are the Light! 💫 This is your birthright, if you choose it.

Another way, a direct and profound yet gentle way, to increase your Light is by practicing Reiki. A fellow Light Being, James Frampton, shares the following about his experience with Reiki:

“The more I do self-Reiki treatments on myself, the better and lighter and younger I feel, the more my frequency lifts. So many tell me of their ills and pains and don’t realize they have this power right at their fingertips to tap into their body’s innate healing intelligence within and access God/Source healing.”

These are empowering words, A’ho! Reiki not only heals but it significantly increases one’s intuition, spiritual growth and personal pranic Light frequency. My greatest teacher and guide has been Reiki. It knows no limits, for Reiki energy intelligently and infinitely expands and spirals upward into the multidimensional realms of higher consciousness.

If you have already been attuned to Reiki, I encourage you to practice it to strengthen your abilities. With each level of Reiki you are attuned to, the more powerful and effective your Reiki becomes. This is further enhanced by practice.

Choose Your Sacred Word for the New Year

Happy New Year, Light One!

Everyone has heard of New Year’s resolutions, but have you ever considered simply choosing a word for the year?

This is like a sacred power word. It rests in your soul and changes the frequency of your body, mind, energy and efforts. It is like casting a love spell into the wind for that which you want and for that which you are becoming. It unfolds throughout the year like a mystical story, teaching you things about yourself and your spiritual path.

You do not have to think of this word throughout the year, but I suspect you might from time to time. It simmers within, while guiding you and reminding you quietly in the background. Sometimes, I reflect on my word as months roll by to see what has evolved in my life as a result. I am often pleasantly surprised and spiritually touched by what comes of the word. This can be a great teaching and a path back to the Self, the true essence Self, the higher superconscious Self. We always choose the perfect word that our smaller personality self needs.

I typically choose one word, for that was the initial assignment given to me by my beautiful sister years ago. However, this year, I needed to use two words. When I asked my higher Self which word would walk with me in 2023, the first word that came to my lips was Action. For me, this word carries the energy of spring, of a flowing river, of a cosmic burst of light.  I feel a creative force within me, ready to spiral outward, so Action resonates and sparkles me. Yet, this word alone felt incomplete. There needed to be something else, another word to round this out.

A few days later, while reflecting on the energy of my word again, the word Awaken dropped in. This felt correct, for it was the perfect, spiritual accompaniment to Action. It holds the energy of unfolding, letting go, ascending, expanding, and of being the God Self. Each word—Action and Awaken—stand independently of the other yet completes, balances and uplifts the other.

Words carry an energetic imprint. Each word on its own is like a symbol. When two words are placed together it is similar to the merging of two symbols, creating one new symbol with a new frequency signature. (This is just like the magic that happens when using two or more Reiki symbols together during a healing session.) These two words, combined, are now a single symbol, which hold a higher level of energy for me. It is this energy I will tune into throughout the year, and it is these words I will hear in the winds of the Universe that move around me and through me.

This is a reminder of the power of your words.

If you choose to do this practice, see what comes to you when you let go of your thoughts and tune in to your higher Self, to that quiet place within you, your inner God realm. Notice the first word that visits you. Sit with it; feel the energy of it. Does it resonate in your soul? Does it inspire you? 

You may not know, initially, why you chose a particular word. However, over the coming months, its meaning and deeper significance will be revealed. And, as with the laws of nature, nothing is permanent. If you decide to change direction, choose another word, more words, or let it all go mid-year, please do. You are unlimited and free. Always remember this, dear one.  This is your true essence nature. You are an eternal, infinite, loving, expansive Being of the holiest Light. Breathe this in.

Today: Full Blood Moon Eclipse, Guru Purnima and Creating What You Want [Video]

Today, July 27, is a very special day, for a few things are in alignment celestially, spiritually and energetically. Because of this, it’s a potent and empowering time to get clear with what it is you want to create within your Self and within the world.

Firstly, there is a full blood moon above. July’s full moon is known as the Full Thunder Moon or the Ripe Corn Moon. You can read a little more about the moon HERE. In addition to this, there will also be a full lunar eclipse, which will be the longest lunar eclipse of the century. Unfortunately, we will not be able to see this from the United States, but the energy is there nonetheless, and the energy is strong.

If this wasn’t enough, today is also Guru Purnima, a time to honor and celebrate the gurus, spiritual teachers and enlightened human beings on Earth and in the heavens. HERE is a little more information.

For me, I will dedicate this day to my favorite saints and to gurus like Yogananda, Amma and foremost to Jesus Christ. I will do this by keeping these enlightened beings in my thoughts, in my heart and in my prayers. By doing this, they will stay close to me on an energetic level.

Here are things you can do:

  • Dedicate the day to any spiritual teachers that have touched your life.
  • Take time throughout the day to pray, asking that the essence of your gurus and of the Divine to come down upon you and merge with your own essence.
  • Embrace a state of love.
  • Do things to raise your vibration. (I will share more on how to do this in future posts.)
  • Think positive thoughts, focusing on what you want to create in your life and in the world.

Below is a video I stumbled upon today, which was quite a synchronicity considering all the energies that are swirling about. I am called to share it with you now. This video by Sadhguru is a spiritual look at the law of attraction.

During this time in our personal and planetary history, it is important we aligned ourselves entirely to the beauty and peace we want to create for ourselves and for others. Here are a few topics from the video:

  • Every one of us wants to live joyfully and peacefully.
  • In terms of our relationships, we want love and affection.
  • We are all seeking pleasantness within and pleasantness around us.
  • When the pleasantness happens within the body, there is health and pleasure.
  • When the pleasantness happens within the mind, there is peace and joy.
  • When the pleasantness happens energetically, there is blissfulness and ecstasy.
  • This is what we ultimately want.

Again, the time is NOW to create all of this for your Self individually and collectively. You need to get clear on what you want and commit entirely to being a peaceful, loving and pleasant human being on all levels. Commit your Self to creating this in the world for your Self and for others.

Pray: “Today, wherever I go, I will create a peaceful, loving and joyful world.” In prayer, ask God, Source, your gurus and angels to help you to create this, to give you the wisdom, grace and the ability to accomplish this.
